This online interpersonal process group uses expressive arts interventions as a means of processing and healing trauma. Participants will also increase their interpersonal skills, resources, and awareness. The group will utilize a variety of artistic mediums that will build community, cohesion, and a sense of belonging. Therapy, Altered centers the experiences of marginalized folx and group members should be aligned with this mission. Interested individuals will complete an initial screening to make sure they are a good fit for the group.
Cost is $35 - $50
This group will meet weekly for 10 sessions
